Rental Policy

​In order to better partially offset our ongoing maintenance costs, and in response to feedback from several of our Members, we have made the following adjustments to our club rental fees effective for reservations made on or after January 11, 2020:

  •  The regular rental rate for a paid Member is $350 for the first 3 hours of rental, and $35 for each additional hour. 
  • The regular rental rate for a Non-Member is $500 for the first three hours, and $50 for each additional hour. 
  • Condolences rentals are a flat rate of $250 for both Members and Non-Members.
  • Non-Members must be sponsored by a paid Member.
  • Cleaning deposits remain at $300.
