EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Applications and/or nominations are accepted annually for the scholarship awards of The Syrian American Club.
These scholarships recognize outstanding students of the community and reward them for their achievements.
Over the years, more than XX talented and hard working students have been granted awards, and we are pleased to continue this program into the future.
The number of awards granted each year depends on the amount of funds available, but we hope to continue awarding several scholarships each year as we have in the past.
The criteria for selection are based primarily on the student’s scholastic record and grades. Applicants should have a Grade Point Average of B or better and should be enrolled or accepted as full time students in an accredited four-year college program. Extracurricular activities may also be taken into consideration. Financial need is not a factor in the selection.
